About the Role
The Client Support Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Client Support Team. This role is responsible for data entry, account maintenance, clerical support, and assisting with day-to-day tasks that ensure accurate patient and guarantor account processing. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a healthcare support environment.
This is a hybrid position based in Beaverton, OR.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational tasks including cardholder inquiries, rejected account processing, and account maintenance.
Assist with running, updating, and distributing reports for the Client Support Team.
Update and maintain multiple internal databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Provide administrative support, assist with special projects, and perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
Associate's degree OR equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in customer support, billing, or banking (healthcare or financial services preferred)
Proficiency with computers, software applications, and accurate typing
Experience using MS Office, including Excel
Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills
Preferred:
Familiarity with HIPAA or financial privacy standards
Experience working in multiple systems simultaneously
Background in administrative support or data entry

Work Environment & Schedule
Hybrid work model: primarily remote, with occasional on-site work in Beaverton, OR
Full-time, hourly role
Schedule between 5:00am-5:00pm PT, depending on business needs
Standard office work (computer use, sitting/standing, light lifting up to 15 lbs)
Frequent communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Compensation & Benefits (Contract-to-Hire)
Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate when applicable
