Our client, a dynamic organization in the business support sector, is seeking a dedicated Admin/Receptionist to join their team. As an Admin/Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, assisting with a variety of tasks that keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, organization, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Admin/Receptionist

Location: Piscataway, NJ

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

What's the Job?

Manage incoming mail and correspondence efficiently

Book conference rooms and coordinate meetings

Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression

Perform general administrative tasks using Outlook, Word, and Excel

Assist the Finance department with paperwork and the Human Resources team with applicant profiles

What's Needed?

Experience working in an office or business environment

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to diverse administrative tasks
