Summary You will serve as a CAREER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the CAREER MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS DIVISION, DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY of NACC FIELD OFC. Responsibilities You will communicate NADP program requirements and policy. You will work in Navy working group structure with an understanding of organizational objectives. You communicate program policy and review requests for exceptions while maintaining an atmosphere of excellent customer relations. You will develop an in-depth understanding of personnel systems and its relationships to the programs You will assist with the development and execution of monthly informational sessions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing training and education programs. Experience utilizing automation software. Experience developing competencies for specific acquisition career fields. Experience developing an in-depth understanding of the employee program life cycle.
