Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. This candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Your expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and your attention to detail will be invaluable in maintaining efficient accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable processes, including verifying invoices and handling payments.

Oversee accounts receivable tasks such as tracking incoming payments and reconciling accounts.

Enter data efficiently and accurately into accounting systems.

Process invoices in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Monitor financial transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless accounting operations.

Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

Requirements

Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

Ability to process invoices and maintain compliance with company standards.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong analytical abilities for resolving financial discrepancies.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
