Job Description:

Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Prepares correspondence, reports, etc. Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries. Schedules appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures. Classification into this job family requires the incumbent to report to a manager at the Director level or above, and to be performing the duties associated with this job family and the designated level. -Skill: As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways.

Extensive knowledge in specialized functions.

Comprehensive grasp of general, specific and technical aspects of the work and their practical application to complex problems and situations

Interprets principles; applies and develops conceptual skills and techniques

Job Complexity: Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.

Makes recommendations for new procedures

Resolves conflicts and achieves mutually acceptable solutions with a variety of groups and individuals outside the organization

Typically works with vendors, third parties, trade customers

Supervision: Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often acts as a facilitator and team leader

Experience: 8+ years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $28.41 - $39.90 per hour.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.
