Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician - 100% Outpatient StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $240000.00 - $725000.00 We are currently recruiting two Primary Care Physicians to join a leading multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growth-driven team due to increasing patient volumes, market demand, and the retirement of current physicians. You'll have the chance to work in a collegial environment alongside over 30 PCPs in and a team of advanced practice providers (APPs). . Our client is the largest private medical-surgical multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina, with over 100 providers serving patients across Greenville, Farmville, Winterville, Kinston, and Beulaville. Established in 1965, the practice is committed to providing individualized, comprehensive, and patient-focused care. Incoming candidates can work in either the main campus location or one of the outpatient clinics in the surrounding areas. Opportunity Highlights: 100% Outpatient Primary Care Guaranteed base salary in Year 1 and 2 Take home 100% of profits as shareholder thereafter Shareholder Physicians earn between $400K-$725K Comfortable patient volumes and strong staff support 16 Patients Only, No Pediatrics Extensive Referral Network - Majority of specialties in-house Light Call: 2-3 Days per month, phone only Practice Paid Insurance Premiums 401k, Profit Sharing Plan, and HSA available Community Highlights Located just an hour from the coast, this gem of North Carolina serves as a medical, educational, cultural, and economic hub.
