Lockport. Upstate Equipment (Bobcat of Buffalo) Construction Equipment Repair Technician. $40 - $42/hour.

Upstate Equipment is a veteran owned and operated certified Bobcat dealership. We are looking for a Service Technician (Diesel Mechanic) with 2+ years of experience working on compact construction and ground equipment.

As a Compact Equipment Service Technician at Bobcat of Buffalo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of compact machinery for our valued customers. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be vital in keeping our customers' equipment running smoothly and minimizing downtime. We are looking for a Service Technician that is motivated to grow and learn. We have a focus on continued Training and we are committed to the Development of our Team.

Responsibilities:

Perform repairs, maintenance and diagnostics on a variety of construction equipment.

Troubleshoot and identify issues, both mechanical and electrical, in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in compact equipment mechanics is a plus.

2 Years Experience as a compact equipment service technician.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license.
