Position Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate in Construction Management or a related field who wants to step into a leadership role and gain hands-on experience. As our Field Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day operations on electrical and light construction projects, coordinate crews, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll work closely with the owner and have a direct impact on the success of each project.

We're looking for someone who can work well in a blue-collar environment, has a great attitude, and is eager to learn and grow. If you're motivated and want to build a career in the trades while developing leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Supervise and support crews on residential and light commercial electrical/construction projects.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and building standards.

Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly.

Communicate progress to the owner and clients in a professional manner.

Learn and grow into a leadership role with mentorship from experienced professionals.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong interest in electrical and construction work.

Ability to read blueprints and project plans.

Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, simple reporting).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a hands-on, blue-collar environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
