Launch a skilled trades career in welding and metal fabrication with paid training, full benefits, and guaranteed job placement. As an Allied Trade Specialist in the U.S. Army, youll learn professional welding, machining, cutting, and repair techniques used to keep Army vehicles and equipment operational. No experience required - all training, certifications, and tools are provided.

This is a full-time Active Duty position requiring enlistment in the U.S. Army. Training and duty assignments are located at Army facilities nationwide or overseas and are not specific to Lynchburg.

What Youll Do:

Weld, cut, and braze metal to fabricate and repair parts

Operate machining tools to create precision components

Perform maintenance on shop equipment

Support Engineering and vehicle repair teams

Use technical drawings and measurements to complete fabrication tasks

Build real-world trade experience in industrial environments
