Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. This position requires a detail-oriented individual to handle administrative tasks, support front desk operations, and assist with accounts payable and receivable functions. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering stability and growth for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inbound calls.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized records.

Handle email correspondence efficiently and with attention to detail.

Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for team members.

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to complete administrative tasks effectively.

Support general office operations and ensure a well-maintained workspace.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or similar roles.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Ability to handle accounts payable and receivable tasks with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.

Ability to manage schedules and appointments efficiently.
