Position Overview

Administrative Assistant position based in Lone Tree, CO. The Administrative Assistant should have 1 or more years of experience supporting employees and management, be familiar with current technical tools/programs/software, and have professional practices. This position focuses heavily on making travel arrangements and submitting expense reports. This position offers 16-24 hours per week depending on business needs.

Location

This position is based in our Lone Tree, CO office.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the operations support team, district employees, and management.

Create, edit, and format documents such as organizational charts, memos, and correspondence.

Arrange and coordinate travel reservations for senior management, new hires, and interns.

Complete and submit expense reports for senior management.

Collaborate with other administrative staff and department members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Support cross-functional teamwork and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.

Maintain a working knowledge of standard software/technology.

Qualifications

1+ year(s) of experience as an administrative assistant or similar support role.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio.

Working knowledge of Concur Travel and Expense or similar software.

Experience with Bluebeam or FoxIT PDF editors, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet a plus.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Regular, reliable attendance.

Detail-oriented and ability to think independently.

Ability to:

o Perform administrative tasks.

o Prioritize work to meet deadlines.

o Remain flexible when dealing with changing requirements.

o Problem-solve and make decisions to proactively resolve issues.

o Work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. Base Compensation: $16,000/yr - $26,000/yr

(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
