What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations when necessary.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor the premises, paying close attention to access points and sensitive areas, and report any unusual activity or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist in managing access control by verifying credentials and/or identification as required by site-specific policies.

Document observations, incidents, and/or activities in detailed and accurate reports as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and client staff to support overall site security-related objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
