About the Role

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an Experienced A&P Technician to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and servicing customer aircraft. You'll troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance tasks-often working directly with clients to deliver solutions.

What You'll Do

Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer aircraft.

Interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding aircraft status.

Ensure proper inventory and control of your own tools.

Obtain Ground Support Equipment qualifications as required.

What We're Looking For

Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (Required)

Minimum 2 years' experience on aircraft (fixed wing, rotary, or military)

TN Visa holders: 5 years' experience required

Business aircraft experience (Preferred)

Ability to work overtime, holidays, and in inclement weather

Basic PC skills

Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge (if applicable)

Must own a basic set of hand tools
