Triage LPN

The Telephonic Triage LPN/LVN triages incoming and outgoing customer service programs, assessing the caller's needs and symptoms, providing appropriate clinical and administrative advice, and following appropriate clinical protocols to assist the caller's needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license for the state of practice

One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
