Description

We are looking for a highly organized and meticulous Office Assistant to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. The Office Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily operations during tax season.

This onsite position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately.

Manage and organize incoming mail to maintain smooth office operations.

Maintain an appearance and demeanor in alignment with workplace standards.

Prioritize daily tasks effectively and handle responsibilities independently.

Support document preparation, filing, and data entry tasks.

Assist staff with scheduling and administrative projects.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent communication skills both orally and written.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
