Reports to: Director of Growth & Product Marketing

The Role

2ULaundry is looking for a scrappy, curious, and wildly creative consumer marketer who loves wearing all the hats. If you have 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and get equally excited about analyzing performance data as you do handing out flyers at grassroots events... this is your role.

You'll be the execution engine behind everything marketing at 2ULaundry - spanning growth (digital + traditional), lifecycle (email/SMS/in-app), brand, and creative experimentation. You'll report directly to and partner with our Director of Growth & Product Marketing to bring our marketing initiatives to life: the "how".

What You'll Do

Growth Marketing (Digital & Traditional):

Hands-on-keys media buying across digital platforms, like Meta, Google, and OTT to optimize creative, audience segmentation and targeting, and spend efficiency.

Build and optimize campaigns that improve CAC, AOV, and market-level growth.

Test creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and new channel @types.

Experiment with non-digital tactics: OOH, direct mail, local partnerships, community activations, and grassroots programs.

Bring creative ideas to life using AI tools (copy, visuals, animations), while staying on brand.

Support SEO initiatives by optimizing on-site content, local listings, and organic visibility in each market we serve.

Own our organic social presence: planning, drafting, and posting engaging content that grows brand affinity and awareness.

Growth Loops & Experimentation:

Identify and execute local growth hacks: partnerships, influencers, referral loops, and community collaborations.

Surface new ideas that help us grow faster, retain better, convert higher, or be even more efficient with our budget.

Rapidly proto@type, test, and iteration. Speed > perfection.

Lifecycle & CRM

Build and optimize email and SMS campaigns in Iterable to increase frequency, retention, order value, and customer lifetime value.

Partner with Product & Engineering to concept, test, launch, and optimize subscription and membership programs driving customer lifetime value.

Analyze customer segments and behaviors to improve activations, onboarding, cadence, and retention flows.

Analytics, Reporting, & Insights

Create dashboards and reporting tools that visualize real-time performance and highlight key learnings and opportunities.

Build and manage predictive and media mix models for customer acquisition to optimize market-level growth with media spend efficiency.

Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews to keep a pulse on campaign-level performance that fuel intra-week optimization and broader strategic planning.

Translate insights into recommendations and new tests.

Who You Are

2-4 years of experience in B2C growth or full-funnel marketing roles, owning the execution of campaigns spanning multiple channels.

Experience building and optimizing digital campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

A true generalist: you can write copy, build digital campaigns, optimize ads, shoot a TikTok, and interpret performance data.

Consumer data fluent. You understand concepts like retention curves, cohort behavior, AOV, CAC, LTV, funnel drop-off, and can translate insights into decisions.

Comfortable with attribution and event tracking. You understand how tracking works, and can work with tools like GTM, Meta Events Manager, or attribution platforms to diagnose issues and improve measurement.

A "hands on keys" doer who can self-start and execute with speed.

Scrappy and resourceful. You're energized by figuring things out and running tests quickly.

Comfortable with both digital and traditional channels and real-world activation.

Creative, curious, and scrappy. You use insights, instincts, and experimentation to find new ways to grow.

Tech-curious. You're excited to use generative AI, automation tools, and new platforms to increase your creative and execution speed.

Bonus Points

Familiarity with Iterable or other CRM tools.

Experience building landing pages in WordPress.

Experience in a local marketing environment (multi-location is a plus).

Experience experimenting with alternative digital channels, like CTV/OTT, podcast, or streaming audio
