Construction Quality Control Manager

We're hiring experienced Construction Quality Control Managers (CQCMs)to join our growing Field Operations team. This role is a key part of delivering high-quality, on-time projects for our valued clients - primarily within the Department of Defense sector.

Current project assignments are in the

Norfolk, VAarea and require on-site presence at an active military base. Local candidates are preferred, but relocation may be considered for this position.

What You'll Do:

As a CQCM, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the project-specific quality control program. You'll oversee quality performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements, maintain thorough and timely documentation, and foster a high level of client satisfaction - all in alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science preferred

10+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager on comparable projects

3+ years of dedicated experience as a QC Manager

Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 safety requirements and experience in hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability

Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Internet

Experience with software such as Viewpoint/Vista and RMS/QCS is preferred

Maritime construction experience is a plus
