SUMMARY

This position is responsible for all operational aspects of a Temporary Power department within an area. They oversee the installation crews as well as the administrative staff and are also responsible for scheduling and billing. They must have a good understanding of managing others and various processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Interview and hire staff for field and office positions.

Ensure all work is scheduled and completed daily.

Oversee dispatch, billing, mapping, and permitting to ensure work can be completed and billed.

Provide assistance to accounts receivable staff as required.

Meet on site with customers as required.

Review P&L statements monthly and prepare variance reports.

Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.

COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication, negotiation, decision making skills

P/L management experience preferable but not required

Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy

Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Management/Supervisory experience (3 to 5yrs. min.)

Strong problem-solving and organization skills.

The ability to prioritize, & work in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks and work under time constraints.

Total Estimated Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
