We're looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and motivated Medical Technologist who's ready to take on meaningful work and contribute to real-world scientific progress.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our laboratory team, you will:

Perform a variety of non-clinical lab tests that support high-stakes pharmaceutical studies.

Analyze specimens with accuracy and confidence-your results matter.

Troubleshoot challenges, validate assays, and help refine our testing processes.

Keep our lab running smoothly with well-maintained instruments and clean, safe workspaces.

Collaborate across teams to ensure studies stay on track and clients stay informed.

Contribute to new assay validations and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

ASCP certification (MT or MLT)-required.

Bachelor's degree and a 12-month Medical Technology training program, OR a Bachelor's in a chemical, physical, or biological science plus one year of training/experience in the testing specialty

Training must be equivalent to that of an accredited Medical Technology program

What You'll Be Doing Day -to -Day

Run and verify laboratory tests.

Ensure sample integrity and resolve discrepancies.

Perform quality control and document results.

Maintain instruments and calibrations.

Enter data accurately with complete audit trails.

Uphold safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Participate in proficiency testing and ongoing training.

Support assay validations and study teams.
