Job Title: Construction Laborer $20-23

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated technician to conduct basic site clean-up tasks, including sweeping and moving construction debris. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic, showing up ready to work hard every day. Our projects are located around the Denver metro area, and we strive to keep commutes under 30 minutes from your home. You will likely be placed on prevailing wage projects.

Responsibilities

Perform basic site clean-up tasks such as sweeping and moving construction debris.

Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.

Handle materials efficiently and safely.

Maintain a clean and organized work site.

Essential Skills

Experience in construction and general labor.

Proficiency in site cleanup and materials handling.

Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7am to 4pm. Projects include multifamily/affordable housing and small commercial ventures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
