Our client, a leading organization dedicated to empowering communities and eliminating employment barriers, is seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Information Technology to join their team. Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide technology strategies that support organizational goals and drive digital transformation.

Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, vendor contracts, and staffing needs to ensure a secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology environment.

Establish and monitor operational metrics such as SLAs and KPIs to maintain high service quality and operational excellence.

Manage cybersecurity initiatives, including data protection, backup, recovery, and business continuity planning, to safeguard organizational assets.

Build and develop a high-performing IT team through recruitment, coaching, and performance management, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience leading enterprise-level IT teams, including infrastructure design, application solutions, analytics, and security.

Strong technical fluency in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and application architecture with the ability to engage in technical discussions and decisions.

Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Proven project management skills with experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex IT initiatives.
