Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Westchester, Illinois. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers while maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the organization while honing your customer service skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and courteously to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and attention to detail.

Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests efficiently while striving for customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate and thorough information about products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the company's system.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department as necessary.

Achieve and exceed daily performance targets, including metrics for call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction.

Demonstrate a positive attitude and detail-oriented approach to foster trust and rapport with customers.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.

Stay updated on company offerings, procedures, and tools to provide informed assistance to customers.

The salary range for this position is $18 to $18. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Flexibility with work schedules, including the ability to adapt to varying shifts.

Comfortable working in a call center or office environment, including extended periods of sitting and headset use. TalentMatch®
