As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Control in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing an exceptional presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.

Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activities occurring within the location.

Assist visitors, contractors, and employees by providing information and guidance as needed.

Support emergency response activities as directed, maintaining communication with Allied Universal management and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
