As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Pennington, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your presence and professional communication will support a positive atmosphere, while you provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards within the location to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all patrols, incidents, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Interact professionally with employees, contractors, and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.

Support emergency response efforts and participate in drills or training sessions as directed by site management and Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Experience lifting more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
