As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Industrial in Mansfield, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, clear communication, and upholding our values of teamwork and integrity. This armed position requires a Level III Armed Certification, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a people-first, innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies for the location, providing excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.

Monitor the premises for unusual activity, reporting any concerns or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by verifying credentials and managing entry points as required by site protocols.

Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols for the location.

Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and patrols during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

Level III Armed Certification (Texas Only) is required.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
