As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Mount Vernon, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and fostering a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor for unusual activity within the location, reporting observations according to site protocols.

Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or escorting visitors as required by location policies.

Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Complete detailed reports documenting patrols, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
