Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You will also manage phone calls, mail, and courier services, while assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Prepare and process FedEx shipments and other courier services.

Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records.

Handle basic data entry and document preparation.

Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for routine tasks.

Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases as needed.

Support team with scheduling and meeting coordination.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in administrative support and customer service.

Experience with data entry and document preparation.

Strong organizational skills, especially in filing and clerical tasks.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in receptionist duties and front desk management.

Ability to manage supply ordering and order entry.

Work Environment

The position is based in our headquarters office, which is a small setting with minimal foot traffic. The role involves working closely with the Director of Compensation and Benefits. The work hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Strongsville, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
