Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Location: Hayward, CA (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time, $25/hr

Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday; occasional Saturdays

Summary:

Kelly Services is looking for a reliable Warehouse Specialist for our Hayward, CA facility. You'll handle inbound/outbound shipments, inventory checks, and keep the warehouse organized, safe, and running efficiently.

Duties:

Receive and ship materials, check labels and documentation

Use pallet jack, forklift, and other material handling equipment to move materials

Replenish stock and stage materials for production

Maintain warehouse order, safety, and cleanliness

Assist with regular inventory cycle counts

Performs physical counts, spot-checks, and periodic inventory verification, as well as monthly/annual physical inventory and record keeping.

Prepare parcels for shipping.

Fills work orders, material request, sample request and distributes to Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Quality teams.

Complete paperwork and follow SOPs/GMPs

Requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent (AA preferred)

3-5 years warehouse experience

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work occasional overtime/Saturdays

Forklift/PIT experience preferred

Good organizational and communication skills
