This internship program is designed to empower growth by exploring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSC). Your summer will be focused in Operations & Supply Chain Management in the Land & Air Defense Services (LADS) organization. Throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSCQ as a whole, while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.

What You Will Do:

Gain hands-on experience with real Operations & Supply Chain tools and processes

Own or contribute to a role-specific project during your internship

Solve problems while thinking beyond the accepted solutions

Develop and execute supply chain strategies, material program and supplier management plans, supporting capture/proposal and design-to-cost initiatives throughout all phases of the Program's product life cycle

Qualifications You Must Have:

Candidate must be enrolled and pursuing a BA, BS, or masters degree in the area of Supply Chain, Operations, Management or a closely related field by Summer 2026

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer:

3.0 cumulative GPA desired

Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)

Location: Andover, MA

Onsite - employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role

This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor's (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their (insert Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Post Grad year) by the start of summer 2026.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
