Key Responsibilities

· Manage inventory, forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, and assembly processes.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain operations.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to special projects.

· Engage in teamwork while maintaining flexibility and adaptability.

· Receive support and encouragement to enhance work methods and efficiency.

Required Skills :

· 0-2 years of relevant experience.

· Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.

· Strong analytical skills: Engineering degree is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build cross-functional relationships.

· High attention to detail while managing competing priorities.

· Cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.

· Self-motivated with strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality.

· Customer service orientation with ability to escalate issues appropriately.

· Flexibility to work/commute in both New York and New Jersey.

· Ability to maintain composure and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: Onsite Role // 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST Mon- Fri // Monmouth Junction, NJ

Pay Details: $24.90 per hour
