FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: 2 closing shifts until 7 pm Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Wisconsin state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
