You will be the Finance Associate Manager for the Engineering Finance Team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional program management and financial analysis to drive business growth and success.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management Associate Manager you will be responsible for providing program-management support to the Tactical Missiles PrSM program and leading the engineering finance function.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Provide program-management support to Precision Fires PrSM, including direct contracts, New Business Funds (NBF), proposals, and workforce planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams-program management, engineering, and operations-to drive business growth.

Analyze and interpret financial data to inform program decisions and improve outcomes.

Identify, mitigate, and manage financial risks through proactive risk-management strategies.

Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering development and high performance.

Basic Qualifications:

Active Secret security clearance or the ability to

obtain

Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

experience

Proposal experience

Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Desired Skills:

Strong analytical, and presentation skills

Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude,

Experience in Financial tools such as SAP and Cobra

Experience in supporting Engineering Management

Experience in financial management of Defense Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) contracts

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
