LSU Shreveport is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position ofAdministrative Coordinator 4in theFacility Servicesdepartment. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support, assisting with complex departmental processes and daily operations. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Perform administrative functions (such as performing requisitions, executing expense reports, ordering material from non-routine vendors, etc.) for Maintenance and Central Plant sections, but all of Facility Services will be supported.
Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) data entry. Entering expenses incurred by assets (time/materials/contractor costs). Auditing CMMS and generating/exporting CMMS reports on statuses and trends. Ensuring CMMS data is accurate and correctly entered by others.
Track procurement processes for the department, inclusive of coordinating with contractors and purchasing to ensure the administrative end of the process is correct and completed from start to finish.
Work constantly with Procurement and Accounting to ensure proper invoicing and receiving is accomplished.

Appointment Type: Probational or Promotional
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
