The Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice (OJJ) is committed to protecting the public by providing safe and effective individualized services to youth, who will become productive, law-abiding citizens. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator 3 to provide advanced administrative support within a dynamic and mission-driven environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions, supporting leadership, and maintaining accurate records that contribute to the agency's commitment to youth rehabilitation and public safety.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of experience or training in clerical work.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Coordinate and manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
Maintain confidential records and databases with accuracy and discretion
Assist in budget tracking, purchasing, and invoice processing
Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Serve as a liaison between departments, staff, and external partners
Support HR-related functions such as onboarding, timekeeping, and personnel documentation
Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
