Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details: Mercy Hospital Washington Registered Nurse - ICU Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Status: PRN Shift: Days Join our dedicated team at Mercy Hospital Washington, where your skills and compassion directly impact lives. As part of our ICU/TCU team, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced 19-bed unit comprised of a 13-bed Intensive Care Unit and a 6-bed Transitional Care Unit (step-down). Our strong interdisciplinary teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care make this an ideal environment for both experienced nurses and recent graduates. Incentives & Benefits Shift Differentials: Evening/Night/Weekend/Holiday Retirement Planning: Employer-matched retirement contributions Tuition Reimbursement: $2,000 annually Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice or compact license. Must meet all state board requirements. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required within 30 days of hire ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Required Additional unit-specific certifications as applicable Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds regularly Prolonged standing and walking required * Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as part of regular duties Why Mercy?
