Assures that the philosophy, mission, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and Mercy are followed. The Registered Nurse if responsible for the quality of care of a caseload of patients; delegates appropriately and directs staff in the delivery of care. The RN may be assigned to work shifts in all four of the rural hospitals in a pay period. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: Education: Graduation from an approved school of nursing. Licensure: Current licensure by the Missouri State Board of Nursing. Experience: E ntry Level. Certification/Registration : CPR minimal.
