What You Will Contribute: Join Our Customer Care Team Today!

Are you looking for a customer service job where you can make an impact every day? Do you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and enjoy solving problems? If so, we want you on our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do:

Maintain accurate customer account records in Salesforce, including discounts, billing details, and account notes.

Communicate promptly and professionally via phone and email to resolve questions and ensure order accuracy.

Review and process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests.

Collaborate with operations, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure accurate account information.

Enter quotes and orders into Oracle ERP system.

Process credit requests and coordinate with the accounting team.

What We're Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

Experience: 0--1 years in customer service, order processing, or administrative support (we'll train the right candidate!).

Skills:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP a plus

The target salary range for this role is $20-$22 an hour plus annual bonus.
