Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming environment through outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, where you will play a key role in supporting a caring, people-first culture that values teamwork, agility, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities encountered during patrols.

Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or incidents.

Assist in controlling access to the premises and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.

Complete required documentation and reports regarding daily activities and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
