Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Sr. Warehouse Manager in Lakewood, WA. This role oversees end-to-end warehouse operations while driving major process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, efficiency gains, and throughput expansion. Beyond daily oversight, this leader sets long-term operational direction, mentors existing managers, and ensures the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall warehouse strategy with a focus on improving efficiency, increasing

shipment capacity, reducing cost, and optimizing workflow across all departments.

Identify, develop, and execute largescale operational improvement projects (Lean,

automation, process redesign, space optimization).

Analyze operational data to forecast labor needs, improve productivity, and

influence budgetary planning.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and temporary workers.

Manage daily operations including order selection, pulling, loading, shipping,

returns, and transfers.

Prioritize and process orders based on ERP system data and customer

requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation.

Collaborate with Executive, Production, Receiving, Customer Service, and Shipping

teams.

Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.

Develop and implement SOPs and utilize warehouse management systems

effectively

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).

7+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience, including multiteam leadership.

Proven track record leading operational improvement projects and scaling

warehouse performance.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficiency with ERP and WMS platforms; experience evaluating or implementing

system enhancements preferred.

Knowledge of OSHA and relevant regulatory requirements.

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.). - Speaking Russian, Ukrainian, and/or Spanish is a plus.
