Direct Hire Opportunity: Warehouse Supervisor in Commerce City

Location: Commerce City, CO

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $28-$31/hour (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our a small distribution warehouse in Commerce City, CO. This role is critical to ensuring efficient and accurate distribution of food products to the Denver market.

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and accuracy

Lead, support, and coach a small team of warehouse employees

Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy

Maintain inventory accuracy using an ERP system

Enforce safety standards and standard operating procedures

Implement disciplinary actions when necessary

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience

5+ years of overall warehouse experience

Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations

Experience with shipping and receiving processes

Forklift experience is a plus

Clean MVR required

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
