Warehouse Associate / Driver (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: East Tampa, FL

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shifts within business hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Adecco is currently hiring for a non-climate-controlled warehouse role with a plastic distribution company in Tampa. This is a potential temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates seeking long-term placement.

Job Responsibilities

Perform general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and material handling

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment

Assist with local deliveries as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Schedule & Overtime

8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Overtime may be requested based on business needs, but is not guaranteed

Requirements

Valid Chauffeur's License and valid Driver's License

Proof of forklift certification within the past year or verification of recent forklift operation experience

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

Steel-toe shoes required

Clean shorts or pants (no torn or excessively worn clothing)

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
