Read, diagnose, and troubleshoot failures in production equipment electrical, mechanical, and control drawings and systems supporting production of automotive mechatronic seat systems including 2/4/6/8-way seats and cushion extensions. Diagnose, lead technical problem solving, and resolve failures of production equipment and cells including track lines, final assembly lines, and end of line (EOL) testers. Prepare and improve SolidWorks drawings of equipment and production equipment safety requirements; mechanical/electrical/electronic equipment installation; station and maintenance personnel human machine interfaces (HMIs); workstation sensors, cameras and vision systems; PLCs; air pressure regulators; and CPU systems. Define and execute production line containment and corrective actions during high volume production of automotive mechatronic seat systems in manufacturing plant environment. Develop and implement robust fixtures, PLC-based vision system, fastening equipment designs applying poka yoke to reduce Not Right First Time (NRFT) during production.
