As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career with a team focused on unlocking your full potential and sales success within one of our retail stores. Whether you're just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more in individual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually. What we're looking for... You'll need to have: High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
