Days: Wednesday - Saturday (OFF Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week

About the Role

PDS Defense is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Management Specialist to join our team in a dynamic, cross-functional role. You will work directly with a team managing high-value AOG (Aircraft on Ground) MICAP shipments for our USAF customer.

The successful candidate will:

Support and develop processes, strategies, and disciplines related to transportation and logistics services.

Initiate, process, and manage after-action requirements for AOG MICAP orders.

Provide oversight of service provider performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, service providers, and key business partners.

This role requires a goal-focused, team-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage AOG MICAP customer orders and transportation risk mitigation activities.

Monitor and evaluate service provider performance daily.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations.

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years in supply chain or logistics.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 4 years related work experience).

Must successfully complete training (OJT or formal classroom).

Preferred Skills

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
