As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible to guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to alarms, and provide exceptional customer service, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible presence throughout the location.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance issues as observed during patrols.

Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to address guest concerns and support a welcoming environment.

Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
