Required: 1 year Accounting and Finance work experience Knowledge of accounting procedures Experience with QuickBooks accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Driver Sound computer and computer applications experience Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail Handle confidential information Strong time and project management skills Good written and oral communication skills Flexibility to work with changing priorities Make timely and sound decisions Pre-employment background check and drug test Duties Include: Assist with accounts payable Process invoices in accounting software Process employee expense reports Process credit card payments Coordinate sales tax with 3rd party vendors \ Sales reconciliation \ Credit card coordination * Maintain asset list

Pay commissions to sales staff Recall Finance department recall backup Purchase supplies for manufacturing dietary supplement products Raw material and finished product inventory control \ Coordinate international business-to-business accounts \ Process bulk sales Assist executives as needed * Other duties as assigned
