The Job:
As a Marketing Manager , you'll be part of our Marketing team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to:
Lead and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team
Strong campaign messaging creation and deployment with proven business impact
Drive a results-oriented, fast-paced collaborative work culture
Design effective B2B marketing strategies for North America with robust measurement frameworks
Build strong relationships with colleagues, key customers, and partners
Effectively coordinate with multiple functions including sales, engineering, vertical and application engineering.
Serve as the primary go-to person and strategic leader for campaign messaging conceptualization, creative development, and market positioning across all marketing initiatives
Create and implement compelling, data-driven content strategies that resonate with target audiences, support sales enablement efforts, and establish thought leadership in key vertical markets
The Person:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, or related field, from an accredited institution
10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with demonstrated leadership success
Extensive knowledge of B2B business environments - knowledge of automotive, heavy engineering, and construction industries would be beneficial
Proven success in developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies plus execution that deliver measurable results
Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
