Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $38 - 43 per hourWe are seeking a strategic and highly organized Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager to serve as the central coordinator for our worldwide business operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary bridge between our global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and regional execution, ensuring that high-level visions are successfully translated into local success stories.You will empower our regional teams by turning complex campaign guidance into clear, actionable roadmaps. By managing the steady flow of assets and communication, you ensure that every geography—regardless of location—is equipped with the tools needed to hit aggressive business targets. Within our ecosystem, you will be the champion for Field Readiness, Community Engagement, and Playbook Enablement.Responsibilities:

Asset Orchestration: Co-manage the development of Channel Marketing content, ensuring all playbooks and marketing assets are delivered to field teams on schedule to meet seasonal objectives.

Community Management: Lead the communication flow for the Line of Business (LoB) community, keeping internal stakeholders aligned, informed, and focused on seasonal priorities.

Strategic Alignment: Report to the LoB Channel Marketing Leader to streamline field landing and ensure corporate strategies are successfully localized.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Discipline Leads, Product Marketing, and Account Teams to gather and relay feedback to Corporate regarding the effectiveness of field assets.

Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor asset utilization metrics to provide insights for future development cycles.

Insight Generation: Design and implement methods for capturing field insights to continuously improve community engagement and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

Project Leadership (3-5 Years Experience): A proven track record of managing complex timelines, aligning diverse stakeholders, and ensuring the consistent delivery of key project milestones.

Global Marketing & Communications (3+ Years Experience): Proficiency in developing high-impact newsletters, meeting agendas, and written content tailored for international audiences, backed by confident verbal presentation abilities.

AI Workflow Integration (1-2 Years Experience): Practical experience or a high degree of aptitude in incorporating AI tools into everyday business operations; a proactive approach to learning and adopting emerging technologies.
