We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Client Service Manager to join our team. The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office expectation per week.) In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Lead the client operations and reporting team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Typically 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience. Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
