Certified Medical Assistant - Concierge Medicine

Full-Time | Permanent | Walnut Creek, CA

We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join a prestigious Concierge Medicine practice in Walnut Creek, CA. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a polished, personable, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a high-touch, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare charts, room patients, obtain vitals, assist with assessments, and manage patient discharge

Maintain exam rooms, ensure cleanliness, restock supplies, and complete weekly inventory checks

Perform clinical procedures including:

EKGs, injections and vaccinations

Phlebotomy, wound care, cerumen removal

Audiometry and eye exams

Educate patients on in-office diagnostics and treatments (CGM, gammaCore, medication administration, etc.)

Triage patients both in-office and via phone

Track tasks, document accurately, and follow up consistently-follow-through is essential in this role

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a patient-facing role

Internal Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred (not required)

Certification as a Medical Assistant

Professional, polished demeanor with a warm and approachable personality

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and compassionately

Strong technical skills and comfort using electronic systems

A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude

Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
